Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages & Issues: If you find any issues with your order, such as defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including custom products (like special orders or personalized items). Contact us for questions about specific items. Returns are not accepted for clearance items, sale items or gift cards. This policy helps us ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item, and after the return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of our approval, please contact us.

Return Fee: Return shipping is free if the product is returned due to being damaged or incorrect. If the return is for other reasons, like a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer covers the return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee is applied. If your return is not approved, you will be notified by email with reasons and a quote for return shipping if you wish to have the order returned to you. Unapproved returns not claimed within 15 days will be disposed of.
